Our CNC machining department provides precise and customizable parts, utilizing state-of-the-art CNC machines. Whether for prototypes or mass production, we guarantee accuracy and consistency in metal and plastic machining.
With high-speed injection machines ranging from 85T to 680T, our plastics department produces parts of all sizes, from car bumpers to USB housings. Each machine can deliver up to 30,000 parts daily, ensuring volume and quality.
Our metals department specializes in aluminum and zinc alloy injection, using machines from 80T to 350T. We also offer stamping and stretch-drawing for stainless steel and steel parts, catering to diverse industrial needs.
Our assembly department integrates PCBA production, featuring SMT lines with a daily capacity of up to 5 million points. With dipping, soldering, and testing capabilities, we offer seamless assembly solutions in an ESD-controlled environment.
