Developing the Loupe X6 required addressing three key challenges:

• Ensuring a full-field view of the watch dial with distortion-free magnification.
• Delivering optical clarity and performance that meets the standards of watch professionals.
• Maintaining a cost-effective production approach without compromising on quality or appearance.

Additionally, the product had to strike a balance between technical precision and a premium, visually appealing form factor.

PICCA collaborated closely with Eagle Eye Watches and their optical components supplier from the early design phase. Our engineering team focused on refining the mechanical housing to ensure perfect alignment with the lens system, optimizing comfort, usability, and durability. We conducted multiple rounds of prototyping and applied precision machining techniques to achieve a high-quality finish that complemented the optical performance.

Furthermore, PICCA worked on design-for-manufacturing (DFM) improvements that enabled a more efficient assembly process—ensuring consistent quality while maintaining production at a competitive cost.
