Challenges

 

Initially, PICCA was only managing the production of mechanical housing, while the PCBA and product assembly were handled in France. Soon after the initial production batches, it became apparent that the French factory struggled to meet KERNOM’s rapidly increasing demand due to inflexible ordering processes, inefficient production planning, and significant delays.

Solutions

 

PICCA proposed a comprehensive, one-stop solution, taking full responsibility for product production, including PCBA and assembly, using our in-house facilities. Additionally, PICCA managed the cross-border logistics effectively.
