Moho is the second product developed in collaboration between Kernom and PICCA. While the overall process was smoother than the previous project, maintaining high precision and consistency remained a priority. The product introduced new design elements that required tight tolerances in both the mechanical structure and surface finish. Ensuring flawless execution from concept to production was essential to meet Kernom’s exacting quality standards.

Leveraging insights from the first collaboration, PICCA adopted a proactive and detail-focused approach to project management. Early-stage engineering reviews, close coordination with Kernom’s design team, and rigorous sampling ensured that potential issues were addressed before production.
